What if my vendor is not listed?

Just because the vendor of your device is not listed in our directory of vendor partners does not mean that we are unable to provide maintenance contracts. please email or call us with all the details and we will let you know if we can support that vendor.

What if the product is very old?

Even some very old products we are still able to obtain maintenance contracts for so don't be afraid to ask if we can support it.

What happens if I have a problem?

During any maintenance contract you are provided with contact details of who to call and when you are entitled to call. All this information will be on your maintenance certificate. If you cannot find this feel free to call us and we will be happy to provide you with the details.
