Some vendors charge an inspection fee to ensure that items coming under contract are in good working order prior to accepting the contract. make sure you have the following information to hand:

  • Make of device
  • Model of device
  • Serial Number of device
  • Type of maintenance required
  • Date maintenance should start

Just because the vendor of your device is not listed in our directory of vendor partners does not mean that we are unable to provide maintenance contracts. please email or call us with all the details and we will let you know if we can support that vendor.
